Reference of 532-32-1, New Advances in Chemical Research, May 2021.In classical electrochemical theory, both the electron transfer rate and the adsorption of reactants at the electrode control the electrochemical reaction. 532-32-1, Name is Sodium benzoate, SMILES is O=C([O-])C1=CC=CC=C1.[Na+], belongs to benzisoxazole compound. In a article, author is Gopalsamy, Ariamala, introduce new discover of the category.
Heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) is a molecular chaperone that is responsible for activating many signaling proteins and is a promising target in tumor biology. We have identified small-molecule benzisoxazole derivatives as Hsp90 inhibitors. Crystallographic studies show that these compounds bind in the ATP binding pocket interacting with the Asp93. Structure based optimization led to the identification of potent analogues, such as 13, with good biochemical profiles.
Reference of 532-32-1, The reactant in an enzyme-catalyzed reaction is called a substrate. Enzyme inhibitors cause a decrease in the reaction rate of an enzyme-catalyzed reaction.I hope my blog about 532-32-1 is helpful to your research.
